Brekky Club Program
Waves of Kindness(WoK) is dedicated to making a real difference in the Noosa community. One of our most meaningful programs is the Brekky Club, created to make sure no child ever has to start their school day on an empty stomach.
Brekky Club runs throughout the school year, across four terms, and supports students at 12 local schools. Thanks to generous donations from Foodbank, we’re able to provide essentials like bread, milk, fruit, and cereal. We work with Noosa Church, who handles transport from Foodbank in Brisbane to our base in Noosaville. From there, Waves of Kindness steps in to deliver everything schools need—including extra items like fresh fruit, spreads, cheese, margarine, catering and cleaning supplies, and appliances like toasters and kettles. We also help deliver school holiday Foodbank hampers to those involved in our Brekky Club program.
At its core, the Breakfast Club is about more than just food. It’s about helping kids feel ready to learn, creating a sense of belonging at school, and encouraging healthy habits from a young age. We also use the connections made through the Brekky Club to offer extra support to families who need it, through our School Supports program whether it’s help with school supplies, uniforms, fees, or camp costs.
Our goal is simple- to give every child the best possible start to their day. Through kindness, community, and care, we’re helping young students thrive in and out of the classroom.

School Support Program
At Waves of Kindness (WoK), we support our local school families who are doing it tough by offering help with things like school fees, uniforms, camps, extra-curricular activities, stationery, backpacks, and school shoes. We also provide food hampers, WoK vouchers, and food vouchers to ease the pressure.
