Waves of Kindness Care Centre – assisting with referrals for medical, mental health support and welfare coordination for people doing it tough.
Services:
Emergency Relief
The Emergency Resources team provide emergency assistance.
Healthcare
Community Nurse advocate and advisor to assist clients to navigate the complex health care system. Information, referrals and advocacy provided. Health promotion and advice.
Welfare
Welfare Coordinator and Welfare Officer to assist with assessments, planning and referrals for your social and material support.
Visiting Agency Staff
Centrelink, Dept of Housing and Carers Gateway provide visiting staff at the centre on a regular basis.
Most services are free.
