Waves of Kindness Noosa is a not-for-profit charity providing essential support to the local community through its oppshops, care centre, emergency relief and various programs.  With 14 years of trading, Waves of Kindness has established itself as a trusted organisation in the Noosa and Sunshine Coast region.  The charity’s mission is to relieve the misfortune of severely disadvantaged people, low-income earners, or recipients of government benefits.

Our Oppshops, located in Noosaville and Cooroy, offer a wide range of second-hand goods, including furniture, clothing, and household items.  We provide a pick-up and delivery service, making it easier for people to donate and receive goods.  Additionally, Waves of Kindness supports local school families, breakfast clubs, and domestic violence organisations.

Some people believe in the importance of community involvement, as seen in the generosity of local groups like the Noosa Arts & Crafts Association, which donated handmade blankets and quilts to Waves of Kindness.  The charity relies on donations and volunteer support to continue its work in the community.

St Vincent de Paul, Youturn, Sunny Kids and the Salvation Army work with us to provide for our local community. Where we are open for 7 days per week, offering as much help as we can.

Salvo’s recently converted their car park to allow women over 55 living in their car somewhere safe to park etc. Waves of Kindness provided $10,000 toward the security gate.
