Father’s Day Hamper Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is free and open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2. The promotion closes at 3:30pm AEST on Thursday 3 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.
3. One entry per person.
4. The winner will be drawn at random at the Waves of Kindness Noosaville store at 4:00pm on Thursday 3 September 2026.
5. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Waves of Kindness reserves the right to redraw the prize.
6. The prize is a Father’s Day hamper containing a combination of donated, new and quality pre-loved items. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. Entry into the promotion does not require you to opt in to marketing communications. If you choose to join the Waves of Kindness Club, you consent to receiving news, events, promotions and community updates from Waves of Kindness and may unsubscribe at any time.
8. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Waves of Kindness Privacy Policy.
9. Waves of Kindness reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control require it.
